Tourism Benchmarking / Which Types of Capacities Yield the Highest Return on Investment in Tourism
Let the numbers speak. The Benchmarking project, conducted at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija since 2011, collects weekly data including accommodation revenues, food and beverage revenues, other revenues, sold and available rooms, and the number of overnight stays.
A detailed analysis of the processed data will demonstrate the profitability of capacities, the realization of planned and achieved goals, supply deficiencies, and identify specific causes of inefficiency and unprofitability, providing a clearer direction and basis for future investment considerations.
